Taylor Thornton is a California-born, Australia-based abstract artist and interior designer.

Working primarily with acrylic, oil stick, and charcoal, she creates layered abstract paintings inspired by colour, texture, and the landscapes that have shaped her life. Her background in interior design informs her approach to composition, resulting in works that feel balanced, expressive, and at home in contemporary interiors.

Growing up on the coast of California and now living in Australia, Thornton continues to draw inspiration from the places she returns to most, creating paintings that reflect a relaxed way of living and an appreciation for natural forms.
