PROCESS

  • We begin by getting to know you — your space, your lifestyle, and your vision. Through an initial review of your home and a series of relaxed but purposeful conversations, we’ll uncover how you want to live and feel in your space. We’ll also start a shared Pinterest board to visually explore your style, preferences, and inspirations. This stage is all about connection, clarity, and setting a strong foundation for the design ahead.

  • We’ll begin by shaping the overall vision — developing a clear design direction, creating a thoughtful space plan, and outlining a working budget. This phase ensures we’re aligned on both style and function from the very beginning, setting your project up for success.

  • This is where the vision becomes fully formed. Following the initial concept, I’ll develop a comprehensive design presentation for your review and approval — including all furniture, finishes, fixtures, and key design elements. Every detail is thoughtfully selected and tailored to your space, so we’re aligned before moving into technical documentation.

  • Once the design is approved, every detail is carefully documented to ensure your vision is brought to life exactly as intended. Plans, drawings, and selections are finalized and packaged in a clear, builder-friendly format — ready to share with your construction team and begin the next phase with confidence.

  • We begin purchasing and tracking shipments for furnishings and fixtures.

  • From start to finish, I stay closely involved so you don’t have to sweat the small stuff. This includes:

    • Weekly email updates so you always know what’s happening

    • A private client portal with access to proposals, approvals, and invoices

    • A digital contractor pack with everything they need: drawings, schedules, and specs

    • On-site visits to ensure everything is being built and installed to plan

    • When it’s time to bring it all together, I manage the entire process — from delivery coordination to last-minute details.

      • Movers, cleaners, and trades are scheduled and handled for you

      • Each space is professionally styled and layered to feel warm, personal, and complete

  • Full-service design means I’m with you from concept to completion — handling everything from finishes and fixtures to furniture and lighting selections. I also prepare detailed drawings and documentation for your builder, ensuring your vision is communicated clearly and brought to life exactly as planned.

    • Ideally, at the very beginning. Whether you’re renovating or starting a new build, bringing me in early means we can lay the groundwork together — from developing a clear vision and setting a realistic budget to assembling the right team. It’s the best way to keep things streamlined, intentional, and stress-free.

  • It all begins with filling out the inquiry form. From there, I’ll review the details and set up a quick introductory call to make sure we’re aligned. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll book a 60-minute on-site consultation to walk through the space, chat about ideas, and gather everything I need to create a custom design proposal.

    • Design typically takes 2–3 months from onboarding to final design documentation, depending on project scope. Once the design is complete, your contractor can begin pricing and scheduling construction. Timelines for building and installation vary based on complexity, material lead times, and team availability — so the earlier we get started, the better.
